Our election system includes features such as:

• secure McGill authentication, to ensure all voters have McGill credentials
• customizable elections, including logo display, formatted blurbs, pictures, multiple-candidate voting, and more
• automated emails and at-request reminder emails

Get started

To inquire about using our system, please email us at ctf.science@mail.mcgill.ca.

We require that organizations provide us with the following information:

• the dates and times of the period during which the election should take place
• the list of positions people will vote to elect someone for
  • You may also supply a description of each position.
• the list of candidates for each of those positions
  • You may also supply a text blurb for each candidate and/or an image to show with their name.
• the list of McGill email addresses of people who may vote in the election
  • This should be a plain text file, one email address per line. Lines end with newline characters.
• [optional] a particular name for the election
  • If you don’t supply this, we will choose a name for you.
  • You may also also supply a description for the entire election.
• [optional] a logo for the requesting group to be displayed on the election page.
